PVC sheet and films - A new business segment by Theysohn
This products can be produced with Theysohn extrusions lines:
- Rigid PVC U sheet, opaque or transparent
- Foamed PVC sheet, standard or low density foamed sheet
- Coextruded foamed sheet with 1 or 2 rigid outer layers
- Flexible PVC sheet
- C-PVC rigid sheet
The
twin-screw extruders in PL design have been optimized
specially for the production of sheets. Our strength
is mainly in free-foamed and co-extruded foamed sheets
of a thickness of up to 19 mm. High torque, low peripheral
screw speed and high homogenity ensure gentle processing
of dry-blend and regrind material. Our remaining machines are used as
co- or main-extruders, according to the required output.
