Current impressions from the manufacturing and assembly of additional co-rotating twin-screw extruders TSK200 and TSK250 — engineered for demanding “powder-to-pellet” processing applications and tailored process flexibility.
These advanced extrusion systems are designed to integrate multiple process options, including liquid injection directly into the process section, additional solid feeding systems, and melt feeding solutions for highly customized production requirements.
To support challenging applications, the extruders are equipped with multi-stage vacuum degassing concepts in real 6D and 4D configurations, process section lengths of up to 46D, and selected housing designs for increased wear protection🦾. With machine weights reaching up to 80 tons per unit, these systems represent another milestone in large-scale extrusion engineering for applications outside the EU🌍.
